You get custom workouts and personal coaching via our professional app (access with your computer or your mobile device).

Online personal training is the perfect solution if you do not want to pay a personal trainer (at least on a regular basis) and still want a customized training plan with access to personal coaching.

After assessment, we'll design your workout plan according to your specific goals, your fitness level and your equipment (wherever you want to train: home, gym, outdoor).

We are specialized in training plan and workouts for fighters, so if you get some boxing sessions, our targeted workouts will be the perfect complement.

You get:

  • Custom exercises and assessment tests.
  • Weekly workout plan.
  • Your program comes with videos and description of every exercise.
  • Record and track your workout results.
  • Film your exercise technique, compare with the demo video and get analysis from the coach.
  • Take and save progress photos if you want.
  • Record and track nutrition habits, activity level, body stats...
  • Nutrition advices, recipes, meal planning, food diary.
  • Ask any question and get in contact with the coach as often as you need.

All programs are designed by Dominic Paris, former conditioning coach of Oscar De La Hoya. He hold a Master degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences. He has 25 years experience in coaching athletes of all levels and different sports (boxing, kickboxing, soccer, tennis, kayaking...) and celebrities.

He trains also kids and young athletes, teaching the fundamentals in strength and conditioning. 

He is a former elite athlete in kayaking.
